Terms of ServiceDelirium Comics accepts returns for all items in the store. Large items such as "busts" and speciality items require a restocking fee. PLEASE do not return ANYTHING until we authorize the return by e-mail. We will NOT reimburse shipping for unauthorized returns.
We will not accept any returns that are not packed between heavy cardboard or in a box. Items must be shipped in bubble or heavy box.
To receive prompt credit to your account or a refund to your credit card, please include a copy of the original invoice with notations for items returned, or at least a note with your address and the order number. Items returned without any notations to identify it with you may experience significant delays in processing.
If your order is lost, we will not file a claim for at least 30 days to give orders time to arrive. After the month has passed, please contact us. We give USPS tracking for every order, so please use that to see where your package is located.
If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know within TWO business days. We will credit your account with us, refund you, or reship all or part of the order, as appropriate. If the order was damaged, keep the packaging! We may need it to file for insurance on the package; it may be difficult to refund you if we aren't able to process our claim. You must inform us of any damage to your order within TWO business days of receipt.
If you believe we have over graded a comic, please let us know within TWO business days. Returns for comics graded by CGC and PGX will result in a 15% restocking fee. All other comics may be returned for a refund if we are notified via email (email@example.com).
If we have sent you the wrong book or failed to send a book, please let us know, within TWO business days of receipt. We will credit your account, refund you, or ship the proper item, as appropriate. If we need you to return the book, we will reimburse you for basic ground shipping. Do not return the book until you are instructed to do so. If you return without an authorization, we will NOT reimburse shipping.
Other returns. If you don't like the comic, already have it, you wanted a newsstand copy instead of direct sales, etc. we charge a 15% restocking fee (maximum $4/book) for ALL returns that are not the fault of Delirium Comics, and we will not reimburse return shipping.
